JAMMU, Feb 03: PDP MLA Mohammad Ashraf Mir made a controvesial statement and said ”I am Kashmiri first, then Indian”.
During heated discussion in J&K Assembly over the attack on Kashmiri students in Haryana , Ashraf while replying to some one in Opposition bench said " I am Kashmiri first, then Indian".
The statement has been getting lot of negative remarks across India.
