JAMMU, Jan 20: It is a matter of great concern to bring in the notice of Governor that some of the owners of private Nursing homes/Dental clinics are looting the innocents by charging huge rates of their choice.
It has been reported that some time back Government issued an order in which some rates were fixed for these concerns for the benefit of public. It is reported that the said order was stayed by the Hon’ble High Court. It is the need of the day to enquire thad did officers of the department tried thereafter for vacation of stay or preferred to sit quite to help the concern owners.
It is pertinent to mention here that these concerns are charging of their choice because of no display of rates for different kind of treatments. It is a very serious matter and to be looked into by the Governor to save the poor patients from the cruel clutches.
