JAMMU, Dec 31: All the Government Degree Colleges (GDC) of Kashmir Division including Winter Zone Colleges of Jammu Division shall observe winter vacation for a period of 50 days with effect from 4th January, 2016. The order to this effect was issued by the Higher Education department here.
