JAMMU, Nov 03: J&K Pradesh Congress Committee has strongly condemned the killing of a young political activist in Shopian area besides two army soldiers in a separate incident of gunfight with militants in Pulwama District.
In a statement PCC spokesperson has strongly condemned the killing of a youth leader of BJYM Shri Gowhar Ahmed Bhat and described it as a cowardly act and demanded the culprits should be identified and brought to book. He conveyed deep condolences to the family on behalf of the party.
The party spokesperson has expressed deep shock over the killing of two army soldiers in a separate incident of militant attack in Pulwama District and paid tributes to the martyrs and conveyed heartfelt sympathies to their families. Party has also strongly condemned the attack on CRPF personnel in Anantnag area where six persons were injured. He prayed for their early recovery.
