GOA, Dec 20: Jammu & Kashmir native Alan who hails from Ladakh was arrested on Saturday for allegedly raping a Canadian tourist at the beach village of Arambol in Goa, police said.
As per reports Alan met Canadian tourist at the beach and shared a few beers in the afternoon. At night, he followed her, when she was on her way to her guest house, accosted and beat her up and raped her.
