SRINAGAR, Dec 20: Dr Kaisar Ahmad has been appointed as the Principal of the Government Medical College Srinagar on temporary basis after his predecessor Dr Rafeeq Pampori sought voluntary retirement.
A Government order reads: “In the interest of the Administration and patient care, it is here by ordered that Dr Kaisar Ahmad, Professor and HOD Pediatrics Govt Medical College Srinagar, shall temporarily look after the work of the post of Principal GMC Srinagar in addition to this own duties till further orders
