JAMMU, Dec 15: J&K Government on Tuesday assigned the charge of the post of Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal to Rakesh Gupta, IAS. Vide G.O. No: 1541-GAD of 2015 Dated : 15.12.2015 which reads as In the interest of administration, it is hereby ordered that Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Forest, Ecology and Environment Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
IAS, Mandeep Kaur has been given the additional charge of Managing Director Housing. Vide Government Order No: 1544 -GAD of 20 15, d a t e d: 15-12-2015, It has been ordered that Ms. Mandeep Kaur, IAS, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation shall hold additional charge of the post of Managing Director, J&K Housing Board till Mr. Shafiq Ahmad Raina, IAS, remains on deputation to the Administrative Training Institute, Mysore for training.
