JAMMU, Dec 14: The Speaker Legislative Assembly, Mr Kavinder Gupta has asked the members of the House not to fix any meetings of the House Committees and on spot inspections after 18 December 2015 in view of the upcoming Budget Session of the Legislature beginning on 18 January 2016.
