Singrauli, September 20: Madhya Pradesh Lokayukta police arrested a district treasury officer while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 1,000 for disposing of a pension case.
He was caught red-handed from his office while accepting a bribe of Rs 1,000 from a retired employee to sort out his pension case.
A case under the Prevention of Corruption Act has been registered.
