JAMMU,Dec 10:Former Minister Mr. Shabir Ahmed Khan-General Secretary JKPCC has expressed serious concern over the failure of the state government to ensure timely payment of salaries to the teachers especially under SSA and RET, as a result the education system has badly suffered.
In a statement Mr. Khan lashed out at the government for failure to release salaries to the teacher community and others for the past several months, as a result the teachers on the roads instead of being in their class rooms.
Mr. Khan said that the education system has been badly affected due to resentment and undue harassment to the teaching community. He lashed out at the state government for its failures and polices towards the education sector, which is the most important field concerning the future of the nation.
