JAMMU, Aug 03: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party accused BJP of making false promises on the issue of AIIMS in Jammu and said the ongoing agitation for AIIMS would end only after Centre issues an order establishing the AIIMS institute in the Jammu region.
