JAMMU, Oct 19: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference spresident Farooq Abdullah on Monday said the expansion of the Jammu and Kashmir Council of Ministers would take place after Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha returns back to Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking to reporters in Budgam, Dr Farooq Abdullah said the Cabinet expansion would take place after Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha returns to Valley , as he is not here at the moment.
