JAMMU, Oct 13: Ramesh Kumar assumed charge AA Secretary RDD Jammu and Kashmir.
Ramesh reviewed flagship schemes including VBGRG, PMAYG, NRLM, IWMP, RGSA & Himayat.
He stressed people-centric governance , rural livelihoods, stronger Panchayats and tangible benefits for rural communities.
