NEW DELHI, Oct 03: The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) approved waiver of imposition of extended cooling off in respect of AGMUT cadre IAS Officer Gyanesh Bharti, as per details with Cross Town news.
Gyanesh Bharti is presently posted as Chief Secretary Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The waiver of imposition of extended cooling off has been imposed upon his premature repatriation to parent cadre in August month.
he was posted as Deputy Election Commissioner earlier in Election Commission.
