JAMMU, Aug 26:Public Works (R&B) Department J&K orderd regular promotion of Er. Ab. Rashid Malik, In-charge Assistant Engineer (Civil) as Assistant Engineer (Civil) Degree Holder.
The Order copy with Cross Town News reads as "As recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee/Jammu &Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the regularpromotion of Er. Ab. Rashid Malik, In-charge Assistant Engineer (Civil) as Assistant Engineer (Civil) Degree Holder in the Public Works (R&B) Department with effect from 31.12.2001 in the pay scale of 8000-275-12950 (pre-revised).
The promotion/regularization of the above officer as Assistant Engineer (Civil) shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/OA, if any, pending before any Competent Court(s) of Law. "
