JAMMU, Aug 26: Jammu and Kashmir Government orderd regular promotion of Er. Gh. Nabi Ahangar, In-charge Superintending Engineer (Civil) as Superintending Engineer (Civil) in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
The Order copy with Cross Town News reads " As recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee/Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the regular promotion of Er. Gh. Nabi Ahangar, In-charge Superintending Engineer (Civil) as Superintending Engineer (Civil) in the Public Works (R&B) Department with effect from 06.02.2020 in Pay Level-13 (1,23,100-2,15,900).
The promotion/regularization of the above officer as Superintending Engineer (Civil) shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s)/OA, if any, pending before any Competent Court(s) of Law."
