PORT BLAIR , Aug 19: Gyanesh Bharti, IAS Officer of 1998 batch , has assumed charge as the Chief Secretary of the Andaman and Nicobar Administration.
Upon joining the Andaman and Nicobar Administration and assuming charge as Chief Secretary, Mr. Bharti called on Admiral D K Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (Retd.), Lieutenant Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Vice Chairman of the Islands Development Agency, at Lok Niwas on Tuesday.
