Srinagar, Aug 19: Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Mohd Yousuf Wani a has recommended legal action against the then Presiding Officer of Special Tribunal Srinagar for compounding major violations committed by the violators by raising illegal constructions.
DB after perusal of detailed report filed by the Registrar Vigilance with regard to compounding of illegal construction by the then Special Tribunal member Abdul Majid Bhat directed to forward the report to the Chief Secretary for taking appropriate action against him.
This Court to forward the report of Registrar Vigilance to the Chief Secretary of UT of Jammu and Kashmir for taking appropriate legal action against the erring public servant who is prima facie found guilty of violating the law and compounding the major violations for extraneous considerations.
