New Delhi, Aug 07: In an inter-cadre movement within the All-India Services, the Central Government has approved the transfer of Harish Jain (IPS: 2021: KL) from Kerala to the Haryana cadre on grounds of his marriage to Kanika Goyal (IAS: 2023: HY).
