ITANAGAR, Aug 06: The All Arunachal RTI Activists Association (AARTIAA) has submitted a representation to Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh seeking immediate compliance with the Ministry of Home Affairs' transfer order dated 9 July 2026 concerning three senior AGMUT Cadre IAS officers who have been transfered from state has not been relieved.
As per details with Cross Town News , the Association said that three IAS officer which include Pawan Kumar Sain (2005 batch), Amjad Tak (2005 batch), and Saugat Biswas (2006 batch) have not yet been relieved from Arunachal Pradesh despite their transfer orders to Delhi and Jammu & Kashmir.
They said the Officers must be relieved so that the new Officers who have been posted in Arunachal Pradesh will be able to join only after relieving of Officers.
