Kulgam, July 29: Sources said that police has arrested three boys in Kulgam, accused of raping two minor girls in Kulgam.
Police on receipt of information of rape, a case under section 363, 376 RPC was registered in Police Station Kulgam.
It said that medico legal formalities were conducted and the statements of the victims have been recorded. More arrests are expected.
