High Court directs Govt to monitor health of activist Sonam Wangchuk on a daily basis

New Delhi, July 16: Delhi High Court directs authorities to monitor the health of activist Sonam Wangchuk on a daily basis, stressing that life is precious.

Mr Wangchuk is on an indefinite fast at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.
