Jammu, July 07: Contineous according Stays on illegal Orders of cancellations & Eviction of Premises issued by Jammu Dev Authority, Collector & Estate Officer of Jammu Dev Authuarity, which is already in question by public by committing "Pick & Choose" in harassing general public.
It is to mention here that VC, JDA has ordered for cancellation of around 40 concerns by quoting some facts, which has been openly found illegal on the part of order issuing authorities without going through the facts submitted by the concerned persons with facts but VC did not bother to refer the case of frauds committed by JDA Officers over the issues mentioned in reply of show cause notice.
14 such illegal orders issued by Collector & Estate Officer of JDA have been stayed by the High Court.
However, some while speaking to Cross Town News said that their allotments have been cancelled on wrong facts, whereas the fault was on the part of JDA Bosses by writting date with their pen & hand writting on his application after cut off date.
He while providing documents to Cross Town News, which he received through RTI said he was allotted concern in 2005 after taking full ammount by JDA way back in the year 2005 & now after 21 years, JDA said his allotment was illegal as was applied after cut off date.
He further told Cross Town News by providing copy of complete file that late date was written by some official of the time in May 2005 with his hand with different pen & hand writing after cut off date needed to enquired by referring the case to Crime Branch to detect the scam of JDA Bosses of the time to detect the proved scam of the JDA Bosses, otherwise he is not at fault at all, because he applied in due course of time by depositting the ammount time to time as sought by JDA?
However, the applicant also got stay on illegal cancellation & Eviction orders issued by Collector & Estate Officer of JDA, copy with CTN read as under:-
