JAMMU, June 18: Chief Minister J&K Omar Abdullah today visited the revered Mata Kheer Bhawani shrine at Tulmulla, Ganderbal, to review preparations for the annual Mata Kheer Bhawani festival scheduled on 22nd June.
The Chief Minister inspected the arrangements being made for devotees and directed all concerned departments to ensure the timely provision of essential services, including sanitation, drinking water, power supply, healthcare, security and traffic management, so that the festival is conducted smoothly and all pilgrims are facilitated with due care and convenience.
Advisor to CM Nasir Sogami accompanied the Chief Minister.
