Jammu, June 05: In O.A./1871/2025 titled AAKRITI SHARMA Vs HOME DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Despite various opportunities granted, reply has not been filed by the respondents, till date. Learned counsel for the respondents requested for some time to file reply. In the interest of the justice, last and final opportunity is hereby granted to the respondents to file reply failing which salary of respondent no. 1, Principle Secretary, Home Department would be stopped on the next date of hearing.
