NEW DELHI , June 05: Delhi Minister & ex J&K BJP Seh Prabhari Ashish Sood is in action mode after fire incident at Delhi Hotel , on which 21 persons died.
Sood after the fire incident at Hotel announced that “The Delhi government has effectively enforced strict provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 in the capital.
Under this, owners of residential or commercial establishments who violate government instructions may face penalties including up to two years of imprisonment if found guilty under the law.”
