Chandigarh, June 01: The Enforcement Directorate today arrested Pushpinder Singh, ex Deputy Vice President and mastermind of Kotak Mahindra bank fraud with Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, under Section 19(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
ED initiated an investigation in this case primarily based on the FIR registered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Panchkula, Haryana, under various Sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the PC Act, 1988, against unknown officers of the Kotak Mahindra Bank.
