Jammu, May 27: Cyber Crime, J&K issued an Advisory to save yourselves from fraudsters by saying that Cyber criminals may use fake interview processes, suspicious verification requests, and identity collection tactics to target job seekers.
Scammers may create fake hiring journeys and ask candidates to complete unusual verification steps or share sensitive information in the name of recruitment.
Stay alert:-
Verify recruiters and companies before sharing information
Be cautious of unusual verification requests during hiring processes
Do not share sensitive information without proper verification
Check official websites, email domains, and company presence carefully
Be cautious of instant selection offers or suspicious urgency tactics
Remember:- A genuine job opportunity will not pressure you into sharing sensitive information without proper verification.
