RAJOURI, MAY 19: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Abhishek Sharma visited the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) Office and reviewed the functioning of different sections with regard to promotion of entrepreneurship among the youth under the Mission YUVA initiative.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner conducted a thorough review of the performance and progress achieved under Mission YUVA in the district. He assessed the working of the district office and reviewed the implementation status of self-employment and entrepreneurship initiatives under the Mission.
The Deputy Commissioner issued instructions to the officers and officials associated with Mission YUVA to actively guide and assist aspiring youth in establishing self-employment ventures through the scheme. He also interacted with the newly hired contractual staff and asked them to work with full commitment for effective implementation of the programme at the grassroots level.
The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by Chief Planning Officer Maqsood Ahmed; Deputy Director Employment Mohd Nawaz; Tehsildar Varinder Gupta and other district and sectoral officers.
