Jammu, Apr 29: In C.P./428/2025 (JAMMU) In T.A./6140/2021 titled TASLEEM ARIF Vs MR VIKRAMJIT SINGH AND ANOTHER after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Despite directions of this Tribunal given vide order dated 23.03.2026, neither the compliance report has been filed, nor the Secretary, SSRB has appeared before this Tribunal.
Perusal of file shows that umptine opportunities have already been granted to the respondents, but till date, the order of this Tribunal dated 20.03.2025 has not been complied with.
In these circumstances, we are left with no option but to issue bailable warrant against the contemnor/ respondent no. 2.
Accordingly, a bailable warrant to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- is issued for securing the presence of Mr. Atul Kumar (JKAS), Secretary, Service Selection Board, Jammu (Contemnor no. 2) before this Tribunal on the next date.
The warrant shall be executed by the SSP Jammu, who, on execution of personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- by the respondent/contemnor no. 2, shall release him from custody with the undertaking to appear before this Tribunal on due date.
