Jammu, Apr 27: In O.A./1176/2025 (JAMMU) titled SASHI BALA Vs POWER DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 17.04.2026, Executive Engineer, PDD, Electric M & RE Division, Rajouri was directed to comply with the order failing which his salary would be stopped on the next hearing, however, when the matter was taken up today, surprisingly, neither the order was complied, nor the Executive Engineer, PDD, Rajouri was present before this Court, thereby disobeying the order of this Court.
Keeping this in view, the Tribunal is constrained to stop the salary of Executive Engineer, PDD, Electric M & RE Division, Rajouri.
DDO concerned is directed to stop the salary of above mentioned officer with immediate effect and the same shall not be released until further orders.
