Jammu, Apr 25: In C.P./543/2025 (JAMMU) [ CONTEMPT ] In T.A./72/2025 titled SAT PAUL Vs SHALEEN KABRA AND ORS after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that till date final order of this Tribunal dated 24.04.2025 for regularization of service of applicant, has not been implemented.
It is further submitted by learned counsel that aforesaid order of this Tribunal was also upheld by the Hon'ble High Court on 10.03.2026 and the petitioner is facing hardship in as much as he was engaged as daily wager in the year 1993 and during his service career he was not regularized and has attained the age of superannuation about seven years back.
At the request of learned A.A.G., one more opportunity of three weeks time is granted to file the compliance report failing which salary of respondent no. 1 will be attached on the next date of hearing.
List this case on 25.05.2026.
A copy of this order be furnished to learned A.A.G. for information and compliance.
