Jammu, April 25: In O.A./957/2025 (JAMMU) titled AAKRITI MANHAS Vs HEALTH AND MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Despite various opportunities granted, reply has not been filed by the respondents, till date.
Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG requested for some time to file reply, on perusal of previous orders it was revealed that salary of Principal, & Dean, GMC, Jammu stopped on 12.02.2026.
In the interest of the justice, last and final opportunity is hereby granted to the respondents to file reply failing which coercive action would be taken against the respondents on the next date of hearing.
List on 06.05.2026
Meanwhile order dated 12.02.2026 in which salary of the above mentioned officer shall remain stayed.
