Srinagar, Apr 21: The University of Kashmir has suspended a Scientist-C from its Department of Computer Sciences under Rule 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, following his detention in FIR No. 11 of 2026 with a case registered at the Women’s Police Station Rambagh.
