JAMMU, Apr 15: Senior JKAS Officer Vaibhav Kohli took over the charge of Excise Commissioner Jammu and Kashmir.
Vaibhav asked Officers to work with zeal and dedication during the introductory meeting.
Vaibhav also directed Officer to keep a check on illegal activities.
