New Delhi, Apr 12: Election Commission of India orders transfer of Dheeraj Kumar, Home Secretary to Tamil Nadu Government and K Manivasan be appointed as the new Home Secretary.
The ECI also directed that Dheeraj Kumar should not be posted for any election related works till the completion of the Assembly elections, order copy with CTN read as under:-
