Anantnag, Mar 27: Government Medical College Anantnag has suspended three employees pending an enquiry into alleged negligence in patient care following an incident reported on March 26.
The suspended officials include the Incharge Store Keeper, Incharge Pharmacist, and a Staff Nurse posted in the Surgery Ward.
The action comes after serious allegations surfaced that expired glucose was administered to patients, triggering concern over safety standards.
