Kupwara, March 24: A court in Kupwara has sentenced a man to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 50,000 under Section 4(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a minor girl in 2021 in a case registered under FIR No. 69/2021 at Police Station Kralgund.
