SRINAGAR, Mar 12:: A court in Srinagar on Thursday issued a non‑bailable warrant against former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah after rejecting an exemption application filed on his behalf in the long‑running Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) financial irregularities case investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Srinagar, issued Order during a hearing scheduled for the framing of charges.
