New Delhi, Mar 07: Union Health & Family Welfare Minister chaired key review meeting of National Medical Commission, the country’s apex medical education regulator.
The meeting was attended by Ms Punya Salila Shrivastav, Union Health Secretary, Dr Abhijat Sheth, Chairman NMC, Dr Raghav Langer, Secretary NMC besides other senior officers of the ministry.
Minister JP Nadda said Discussions focused on reforms in medical education sector, improving availability of faculty and creating more opportunities for both national and global mobility of healthcare professionals.
