JAMMU, Mar 1: Housing and Urban Development Department has appointed an Inquiry Officer and Presenting Officer to inquire charges levelled against Executive Engineer, Lake Conservation and Management Authority.
Commissioner/Secretary H&UDD ordered appointment of Mohammad Rafi, Vice Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, as IO, to inquire charges levelled against Shakeel Ajaz Fazili, Executive Engineer, Lake Conservation and Management Authority.
The order further stated that Secretary Lake Conservation and Management Authority shall assist the IO as Presenting Officer in the matter and the IO shall submit his report within 30 days from the date of issuance of this order.
