BARAMULLA, Feb 26: Syeed Fakhrudin Hamid, IAS , on Thursday assumed charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Baramulla.
This is Hamid's 3rd District as DC , prior to this Hamid was posted as DC Anantnag and DC Budgam.
He asked Officers to work with dedication and focus on solving public grievances.
