Jammu, Feb 25: High Court stayed Chief Engineer's orders for declaring the petitioner as blacklisted/debarred for a period of two years.
In WP(C) No. 446/2026 CM No. 1039/2026 titled M/S Satish Aggarwal & Co. represented by Parag Sharma, Advocate. V/s U.T of J&K & Ors. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
01. Petitioner through the medium of this petition seeks quashment of order No. CEJ/TS/12881-85, dated 08.12.2025, issued by the Office of Chief Engineer, PWD (R&B), Jammu Zone, whereby the petitioner was blacklisted/debarred for a period of two years for participating in tendering process falling under the jurisdiction of PWD (R&B), Jammu Zone.

03. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of four weeks, subject to the filing of requisites within one week.
04. List on 04.05.2026.
05. Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing before the Bench, impugned order to the extent of declaring the petitioner as blacklisted/debarred for a period of two years by clause(5) of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
