Srinagar, Feb 23: A Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Srinagar sentenced a man to three years imprisonment for allowing his minor son to drive the vehicle.
Court said that the accused pleaded guilty and does not want to avail the opportunity to defend himself, therefore, there is no need to proceed further with the trial of the case.
The court accordingly sentenced him three years simple imprisonment and with penalty of Rs 25,000 on him.
