Telecom Companies have been making Customers fools in Jammu & Kashmir off late. One Telecom Company who guarantees 3G speed and charging huge amount are in actual providing not even 2G speed.
When they were contacted by group of people they replied that there is some error in networking and soon it will be ok but things have remained almost the same in last 20 days. Cross Town News ask a question :Will they not charge the customer as there was no promised service?, They should not charge single penny from customer if the service is not up to the appropriate level.
Cross Town News urge Some Concerned department from J&K Government to look into this loot by Private companies and act strong against them and waive off bill of innocent people.
A case has also happened where a top Private company of India dig up roads across Jammu zone and made City a dust hub. And shockingly they have only paid Money for “ just 3 ft road to be blacktopped” .If Customers give all these companies big sum of money then why they take foot back on doing what is actually should be done.
