New Delhi, Feb 18: National Highway Authority of India posted on "X" that, "Powering National Highways with Clean Energy! #NHAI Project Implementation Unit - #Jammu has commissioned a 90 kWp rooftop solar power plant at Dondpur Fee Plaza. The installation is expected to generate approximately 12,000 units (kWh) of clean electricity per month, sufficient to fully meet the toll plaza’s monthly energy requirements.
This initiative reinforces NHAI’s commitment to sustainable infrastructure and reduction of carbon footprint through adoption of renewable energy solutions across National Highways."
