Jammu, Feb 18: Finance Department, J&K ordered for "Proposed re-fixation of seniority in favour of Sh. Noor Mohammad Gadyari, Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)".
Details with CTN read as under:-
WHEREAS, Sh. Noor Mohammad Gadyari, Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO), has submitted a formal representation seeking reconsideration of his placement in the seniority list of Assistant Accounts Officers;
WHEREAS, the official has submitted that he has qualified SAC Part-II in June 2012, and has requested for re-fixation of seniority, placing him immediately below Sh. Shabir Ahmad Rather (S. No: 163) and above Sh. Ravinder Kumar Raina (S. No: 164);
WHEREAS, the case was examined and subsequently reviewed at the administrative level and placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC); wherein it was decided that the case will be examined at the departmental level in the first instance.
WHEREAS, as per Seniority as it stood as on 1.1.2024, issued vide Order No. 32-Acctts of 2024, dated 12.03.2024, the official is figuring at S. No. 241;
WHEREAS, before finalization of the case, it is, deemed necessary, to invite objections, if any, from the members of the SAS Class-I (AAOs) who may be affected by the proposed change in the seniority position;
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given to all concerned to submit their objections, if any, to this Directorate within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice.
