Jammu, Feb 16: VC, JDA appointed Patwaris of JDA as KWIs in addition to their own duties, who are not even able to do justice with recovering JDA Lands from encroachers , according NOCs in time bound manner for BP Cases & even are not having full details of JDA lands , which are not fenced yet, which is evident clear from RTI reply of JDA by which Tehsildar JDA has asked applicant to provide the detail of Khasra No, for which information required raised questions on concerned Tehsildar, who is head of Patwaris?
Appointment of Patwaris of JDA as KWIs in addition to their own duties, in violation of basic Recruitment Rules for the said post & it never happened previously in JDA.
Have some authority verified, whether duties of Khilaf Warzi Inspector/officer fall in job chart of Patwaris?
VC, JDA again issued illegal order by distributing works under COBO Act & assigned to some other officers, who has no jurisdictions for actions under COBO Act?
VC, JDA again passed a new order by which he again distributed works among 03 top Officers of JDA but of allotment Section.
People aware of JDA issues speaking to Cross Town News said , VC should have exercised for notification of revised Jammu Master Plan, which is still waiting for its outcome. updating of new website designed for uploading of Building permissions, because UBBL was revised on 01.12.2025 regarding new BP System but there is no website till today by which new Building Permission system is dead?
