Jammu, Feb 15: Following orders on assigning additional charge for the posts of Khilaf Warzi Inspectors to "Girdawars/Patwaris" in violation of Recruitment Rules for the said posts, non complying time bound High Court Orders in WP(C) 364/2025 dtd. 24.12.2025 by which 04 weeks time was granted to act upon communication issued by Div Com order dated: 08.10.2025 , non complying Div Com’stime bound orders into the matter, then VC's clear cut orders, DC Samba’s recommendations over the same issue, today again VC Jammu Development Authority superseded Govt Guidelines? Violated powers of Officers in COBO Act orders on "Powers assigned as per COBO Act" by ordering distributing of work among various officer in violations, which never ordered before.
