JAMMU, Feb 13: Two progressive farmers Sh. Rajesh Kumar, a beekeeper and Sh. Kalesh Sharma cultivating maize following scientific practices for their outstanding contributions in achieving good production and better income.
These farmers were trained under the Farmer FIRST Project of ICAR and were felicitated for their achievements during the Agriculture Summit and Kisan Mela organized by SKUAST-JAMMU during validactory function on 13th of February 2026.
Prof. Rakesh Sharma is handling the Farmer FIRST Project as principal investigator.
